Welcome to all new students from around the world!

To mark the start of your university adventure, we invite you to a festive and convivial afternoon dedicated entirely to international students (Double-degree students, exchange students, and students on individual mobility).

 

Meet, Share, Connect

Get to know other students from around the world, exchange first impressions, languages and cultures... and start building relationships that will make your stay even more enriching.

 

Discover Student's Services

Booths will be set up to allow you to meet with institutional services such as the ISSO (International Students & Scholars Office), the University Health Service (UHS), the Career Center, as well as various student associations. Representatives from the schools as well as the International Relations Office will be present to answer all your questions.

 

A festive atmosphere!

Because a warm welcome wouldn't be complete without a touch of sweetness and fun, come and enjoy a sweet moment around the famous cotton candy!
Smiles and good humor are guaranteed.

 

A huge turnout is expected!

Don't miss this unique opportunity to immerse yourself in university life, get your bearings and have a great time from the moment you arrive. 

 

Program:

14h30 - Booths opeening, during which cotton candy will be offered to participants, adding a friendly touch to the event.
16h00 - An award ceremony will recognize few participants from the Feel@Home platform through a raffle.
18h00 - Departure of the guided city tour (to be confirmed)

Événement de bienvenue pour les étudiants internationaux

Bienvenue à tous les nouveaux étudiants venus des quatre coins du monde !

Pour marquer le début de votre aventure universitaire, nous vous invitons à un après-midi festif et convivial entièrement dédié aux étudiants internationaux (étudiants en double diplôme, en échange et en mobilité à titre individuel).

 

Rencontrez, Échangez, Connectez-vous

Faites connaissance avec d’autres étudiants venus d’ailleurs, échangez vos premières impressions, vos langues, vos cultures... et commencez à construire des liens qui rendront votre séjour encore plus enrichissant.

 

Découvrez les Services de l’Université

Des stands seront installés pour vous permettre de rencontrer les services institutionnels dont  l’ISSO (International Students & Scholars Office), le Service de santé universitaire (SSU), le Career Center, ainsi que plusieurs associations étudiantes. Des représentants des écoles ainsi que le Service des Relations Internationales seront présents pour répondre à toutes vos questions.

 

Une Ambiance de Fête !

Parce qu’un bon accueil ne serait pas complet sans une touche de gourmandise et de fun, venez profiter d’un moment sucré autour de la fameuse barbe à papa !
Sourires et bonne humeur seront au rendez-vous.

 

Une forte affluence est attendue !

Ne manquez pas cette occasion unique de vous immerger dans la vie universitaire, de vous orienter et de passer un excellent moment dès votre arrivée.

 

Programme :

14h30 – Ouverture des stands, durant laquelle une barbe à papa sera offerte aux participants, ajoutant une touche conviviale à l’événement.
16h00 – Une remise de prix récompensera quelques participants de la plateforme Feel@Home à l’issue d’un tirage au sort.
18h00 – Départ de la visite guidée de la ville (à confirmer)
