Clap de fin pour la 9ème édition de CSAW'25
Les plus grands talents de la cybersécurité se sont réunis les 13 et 14 novembre pour le plus grand concours académique international de cybersécurité.
Bilan d'une journée riche en événements ! La 9ème édition de CSAW Europe a réuni 125 finalistes représentant 42 universités européennes de 14 pays différents. Ils et elles se sont affronté·es lors de 6 compétitions devant une vingtaine d'expert·es industriel·les et académiques reconnu·es en cybersécurité.
Une nouvelle épreuve faisait cette année son apparition, le TrustRobotics Challenge, traitant du thème très actuel de la sécurité des robots, qui a eu un vif succès avec des finalistes venus de Croatie, Bulgarie, Allemagne ou encore Italie.
L’épreuve Red Team, destinée aux lycéen·nes français·es, a réuni plus de 200 équipes lors des qualifications. Sept d’entre elles ont décroché leur place en finale, avec cette année une équipe finaliste venue de Guadeloupe !
Parallèlement, un forum industriel, le Cyberday, ainsi que des conférences et ateliers sur la cybersécurité abordant à la fois les aspects économiques, techniques et juridiques ont été organisés pour les étudiant·es et entreprises industrielles. Des publics scolaires, de classes de primaire, collèges et lycées étaient également accueillis à Grenoble INP - Esisar, UGA lors de cette journée. Au programme : visites guidées par les élèves de l'école, ateliers découvertes à la cybersécurité et plus largement aux métiers de l’électronique, la robotique et l'automatique.
Objectif : éveiller des vocations chez les plus jeunes !
Cyberday, une journée dédiée à la cybersécurité
Summary of a day full of events! The 9th edition of CSAW Europe brought together 125 finalists representing 42 European universities from 14 different countries. They competed in 6 competitions in front of around twenty recognized industrial and academic experts in cybersecurity. At the same time, an industrial forum, Cyberday, as well as conferences and workshops on cybersecurity addressing economic, technical and legal aspects were organized for students and industrial companies. A new competition made its entrance this year, the TrustRobotics Challenge, addressing the highly topical issue of robot safety. It proved a huge success, with finalists coming from Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, and Italy.
The Red Team competition, aimed at French high school students, attracted more than 200 teams during the qualifying rounds. Seven of them secured their place in the final, with this year's finalists including a team from Guadeloupe!
