The entire CLUSTER SEEEP event (excluding visits and the Gala) will take place at our facilities at 46 Avenue Felix Viallet, 38000 Grenoble.
Our venue is well served by public transport, but is also easily accessible by foot, depending on where you are staying during the event.
By Tramway :

Information:
Except for the Gala Dinner, all events, workshops, and working group sessions will take place at 46 avenue Félix Viallet, either in buildings B, E or T, which you can locate on the map to the left.
For each room assigned, the first letter correspond to the building in which the room is. It's then followed by the floor number and then the room number. For example, E003 is located in building E, on the ground floor and its room number 03. Signs on-site will guide you to the correct room.

To join the Gala dinner, we invite you to meet us at the Téléphérique de la Bastille. It will take you to an altitude of 476 metres in just a few minutes.
On arrival, members of the event organising team will help you board the cable car.
TheTéléphérique de la Bastille is located at: 3 quai Stéphane Jay, 38000 Grenoble
The cable car is a 12-minute walk from Grenoble INP - UGA and is easily accessible by public transport.

- How can I find the room assigned to the events or sessions?

At Grenoble INP - UGA (46 avenue Félix Viallet), where all workshops, events and working groups take place, signs will be set up to guide you. Please refer to Finding your way to the event for more information and a map.
Only the Gala Dinner will take place outside, at La Bastille. For that event, we invite you to meet us at the Téléphérique de la Bastille, at: 3 quai Stéphane Jay, 38000 Grenoble. - Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?

If you belong to a school listed in eduroam, you can use the eduroam service on the wifi network at Grenoble INP - UGA.
If this is not the case, or if eduroam does not work for you, we have created visitor access codes that you can collect when you'll pick up your badge. - Will meals be provided?

If you have confirmed your attendance at the lunch sessions in the questionnaire you received in July or September, meals will be provided and everything will be set up for you on arrival.

- How do I buy a bus/tramway ticket?

You can buy tickets and passes mainly from:
Ticket machines: You can purchase single-trip tickets or day passes from the automatic ticket vending machines available at all tram stops. These machines accept cash and credit/debit cards, and are convenient for visitors as they're available 24/7. Bus drivers: If you're taking a bus, you can buy a single-trip ticket directly from the driver. However, make sure to have cash on hand for this option, because you will not be able to pay by credit card. The M app: You can download the M app to purchase your titles and validate your tickets as well.

Price overview:
> Ticket 1 hour (bus, tram): 2€ / If purchased directly from the bus driver: 2.50€
> Ticket 10 trips: 16.70€
> 1 day ticket: 6.40€A single ticket is valid for 1 hour on both buses and trams, allowing for transfers within this period. If you plan on making multiple trips in a day, a day pass might be more cost-effective at around 6.40€.
