XII Unite! Dialogue

Who can attend

This is an invitation-only event with registration opening in June. Aalto staff and students are welcome to attend the opening on Tuesday 7 October and closing on Thursday 9 October. No registration is needed. 

Programme overview (tentative)

On Monday 6 October there will be meetings for the Steering Committee, SURE student association, Student Liaison Officers, community coordinators and the WIDENING project. Social activities will take place in late afternoon and early evening. 

Tuesday 7 October features the opening session, community meetings and workshops for rectors and vice rectors. There will be community dinners in the evening and a joint dinner of the Governing Platform, Academic Forum, Key Liaison Officers and their Deputies. 

Wednesday 8 October contains meetings for the Governing Platform, Academic Forum and the communities. The Mix and Match session will connect diverse participants to share ideas and collaborate around specific topics. There will be a call for topics closer to the event. Also a presentation of Aalto laboratories and visits to them will be organised. In the evening we will celebrate at the Unite! Dinner Party. 

On Thursday 9 October the communities meet in the morning after which we have the closing session. Social clubs have a possibility to organise programme for the Thursday afternoon.
