Field of study: Nanotechnologies

Level: Bachelor

Objectives: The aim of this course is to present how a natural biopolymer, can be used as a nanometric scaffold for the production of tunable structures. The DNA-based chemistry developped for more than 30 years brings a large panel of potentiel applications by grafting DNA strands on surfaces, nanoparticles, or proteins for instance. I propose an overview of the recent work illustrating the huge potential of DNA-based nanostructure for different applications.

- DNA multi-enzyme catalysts
