Fees include: Lectures, practicals, accommodation, medical insurance, civil liability, campus registration fees, visits of scientific equipment and social program.
Fees do NOT include: Meals, travel/air-tickets and fares to and from Grenoble.
Cancellation policy: If a registration is cancelled after May 9, Grenoble INP will retain 20% of the fee.
Students will be housed in single rooms in a renovated residence. The residence is located right across the street from the Nanotechnology summer school facilities and it is only a 5 minute direct tramway ride to the Smart Energy summer school facilities. All apartments have an inbuilt kitchenette.
Students will be given access to the residence from Saturday, June 9 to Saturday, July 14 2018 (noon). Outside of these dates, students will be responsible for their own housing accommodation.
Online application will open on December 15 and close on March 20, 2018. Admissions decisions will be made by the end of March. Once you have been accepted in the program, a link will be sent to you to proceed to the online payment. Your admission will be definitive once the amount due is received by Grenoble INP. -APPLY HERE-
Students who have been accepted in the program will be sent a link for an online payment.
Grenoble INP will contract medical and civil liability insurance policies for summer schools students. In order to do so, students will have to fill out and enclose a declaration of good health with their registration form. The insurance policies will cover the entire duration of the summer program.
