Structure
We employ 2,400 staff, including 1,000 teaching and research fellows, 500 technical and admin engineers, 100 post-docs and 800 doctoral students in our 38 laboratories, jointly run with Joseph Fourier University (UJF) Pierre Mendès France University (UPMF) and Stendhal University, as well as with the French National Scientific Research Centre (CNRS) and the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control (INRIA).
Business promotion and industrial partnerships
Strong working relationships with local and regional authorities and industry are important to Grenoble INP. It plays a leading role in the European Research Area, and has been involved in setting up three international laboratories in Vietnam, China and Mexico.
