A discerning admissions process
A highly discerning process is used to select students for Grenoble INP's graduate engineering programmes. Around 20% of students accepted via the degree-based admissions process come from outside France, and the Master's degrees granted at the end of these programmes are recognised around the world. Elite athletes and performing artists can also enrol in these programmes under a specialised curriculum designed to meet their scheduling needs.

The Grenoble INP Master's College and research department offer Master's and PhD programmes in the school's six focus areas.



  Dual-degree programmes

Exchange students can earn a dual degree from Grenoble INP and a university in their home country outside Metropolitan France. A French engineering degree may not be recognised in other countries unless it is part of a dual degree.

Grenoble INP's dual-degree programmes are carried out through partnerships with universities in several different countries, and enable students to graduate with degrees from Grenoble INP and their home university at the same time. Students wishing to obtain a dual degree must be enrolled in both universities, complete at least three semesters of coursework, and complete a culminating project at Grenoble INP. Only one semester carried out at a student's home university will be accepted by Grenoble INP as one of the three mandatory semesters, under the terms of the partnership agreement with the home university
