??In the laboratory SIMAP I am part of GPM2 group and I stand in the three thematic research group: " plasticity , shaping and assembly ," " Materials internal architecture " and " divided materials ." This brings me to work with different people in the group in each of these themes , D. Bouvard for " divided materials ," P. Lhuissier , JJ Blandin and M. Suery for " plasticity , shaping and assembly " and P. Lhuissier , R. Dendievel , R. Rodney for "Materials internal architecture." Research activities are transverse : elaboration, caractérisation (structural or mechanical) , modeling ( analytical and numerical ) with the central point characterization . One of the strengths of all these studies is the use and development in collaboration with the ESRF ( European Synchrotron Radiation Facility ) of 3D advanced characterization of materials by X-ray micro tomography. This three-dimensional characterization provided a better description of physical phenomena occurring at local scales and their implication on the macroscopic properties esecillay during 4D in situ experiments. It helps furthermore to develop more realistic analytical or numerical models describing the behavior of materials better be in close collaboration with researchers from SIMAP - GPM2 or teams recognized nationally or internationally.
