It has 22 different fields of engineering, 29 laboratories, and R&D services. Grenoble Institute of Technology is a federation of 6 engineering school, located in the capital of the French Alps, in a Scientific area and an urban campus (120,000 square meters). Summer Program entirely held in EnglishThe Grenoble Institute of Technology's Summer Program will be held from June 7 until July 2, 2010.
During the first morning, students will be warmly welcome by our Deputy Vice President and the Summer Program Staff. The afternoons will be devoted to science courses and practical lab work.

Eligibility:
This program is open to full time engineering students (3rd year) Undergraduate & Graduate.
Fees and other costs:
€3,000 included- Participation in all courses
- Participation in excursions and trips around Grenoble
- Trolley/bus lines
- Housing in a Student's renovated Residence Hall
- Health insurance during your stay
Students will be responsible for their own meals, personal transportation and personal expenses and flight to and from France.Application proceduresPlease note that places are strictly limited.

- Step 1 Students should downloaded the Registration Form (click here), from beginning of February, and submit it to your International Office university before 15 March 2010
- Step 2 Your International Office will manage the pre-selection of candidates and send to Grenoble Institute of Technology the pre-screened student applications before 30 March 2010.
- Step 3 Before 15th of April, Registration Form and all the documents requested have to be sent to Grenoble INP's International Office by your International Relations Office.

AccomodationStudents will be accommodated in single rooms at the RHB (Résidence Houille Blanche) Grenoble INP's renovated Residence Hall. The rooms are fournished with a single bed (no possibilities to obtain double bedrooms). Rooms are equipped with Internet connections. Private swimming pool inside the Residence Hall.

Additional programBeyond scientific aspects and labworks, students will have the opportunity to explore the diversity of Grenoble, capital of the French Alps, surrounded by 3 mountain ranges. The "base camp" for various activities conduct after the courses and with the support of the
Student Board. You will become familiar with European culture (gastronomy, history, social activities, famous areas...) thanks to the Student Board and its great experience!
